Pressure and Time Sensativity

I hate feeling rushed. I don’t do well feeling that I need to take care of something RIGHTFUCKINGNOW. It makes my head feel like this:


Dealing with TWO people who have ADHD and one of them doesn’t understand protocol, so the other person is at risk of getting shit on because of the first person, and I am supposed to make a phone call?

Nothing I can say can or will change the speed of said protocol. So DON’T FUCKING PUSH ME! Please?
