Hypomania

I had a couple days of hypomania this past weekend. It only lasted two days. It felt good but it was also uncomfortable. It felt good because it was great to be in a happy mood. It was uncomfortable because I knew I was *too* happy and *too* silly and I didn’t know how to come down.

I rode the wave and luckily I came down without much of a crash. If only every episode was that safe.
